Role Summary

We are looking for

a passionate, creative, and experienced Digital Media & Content Creation Trainer to join our training team. The successful candidate will train and mentor students in creating high-quality digital content using modern tools and platforms while preparing them for careers in the digital media industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and engaging training sessions in digital media and content creation.
• Train students in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Teach video editing using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Guide learners in creating engaging content for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Train students in photography and videography techniques.
• Introduce learners to AI-powered content creation tools and workflows.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest digital media trends and teaching methods.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Journalism, ICT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, graphic design, video editing, or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AI content creation tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about helping others learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
