Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Electric Vehicle (EV) Salesperson

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated EV Charging Station Technician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. As an EV Charging Station Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of charging stations, contributing to the widespread adoption of electric mobility and environmental sustainability. Your expertise in electrical systems, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality service will be essential to delivering exceptional charging solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are:

• Install, configure, and commission EV charging stations at various locations, including public charging stations, commercial properties, and residential settings.Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines during the installation process.Perform routine maintenance checks on charging stations to ensure optimal functionality and safety.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, promptly addressing and resolving any faults or malfunctions.Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including AC and DC charging infrastructure, charging cables, and communication protocols.Conduct electrical tests and measurements to verify proper charging station performance.Deliver exceptional customer service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Major Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• additional technical certifications or relevant vocational training in electrical or electronic systems is advantageous.
• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting, with a focus on electrical vehicle charging stations being a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and safety practices associated with EV charging infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks associated with charging station installations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
