Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will focus on promoting and selling Kabisa commercial and passenger electric vehicles in Rwanda. The role involves cultivating client relationships and expanding Kabisa’s market presence in Rwanda.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are:
- Actively engage in sales activities to promote and sell Kabisa Electric's electric vehicles.
- Identify and reach potential customers through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electric vehicle solutions, providing product information, and arranging test drives as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Educate clients about the benefits of electric vehicles
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates regularly to track progress against targets through our CRM tool.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Major Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of work experience within Rwanda’s NGO sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainable transportation and a strong interest in electric vehicles.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Optionally, a track record of 2 years in sales
