Mission/Core purpose of the Job
Manager, Marketing Operations and Service Delivery (MMRL)
To drive effective execution of Mobile Money marketing initiatives while ensuring seamless service delivery across all customer touchpoints. The role bridges marketing strategy and operational execution to enhance customer experience, drive adoption, and ensure consistent service quality.
Key Performance Areas
Key Performance Areas are:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution on promotions, product launches, customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate channel & field teams, sales and distribution teams, agent network managers for marketing initiatives.
- Track performance metrics on conversion rates, customer acquisition and campaign ROI.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across agents and merchants, customer care channels.
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and field execution.
- Streamline marketing and service delivery processes.
- Ensure all campaigns and service delivery processes comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Support agent readiness (training, communication, materials)
- Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to resolve customer related issues.
Major Requirements
Main qualifications are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunication or related field.
- Experience in telecom, fintech, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.6–10 years’ experience in marketing operations, telecom, fintech or banking.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and electronic payment business is advantageous.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of Mobile Money ecosystem
