About eFiche
eFiche is a Rwanda-based digital health company building AI-enabled clinical tools for nurses and midwives across Rwanda's primary health care system. Our AI outputs — clinical decision support recommendations, risk flags, prescribing guidance, danger sign alerts — must be not only technically functional but clinically accurate, contextually appropriate, and aligned with Rwanda's national clinical guidelines. Validating this, across an expanding portfolio of clinical workflow domains, requires someone who bridges the technical and clinical worlds with equal confidence.;We are looking for a UAT & Clinical Quality Tester to own user acceptance testing at facility level and the clinical quality validation of AI outputs across all our workflow modules.
Purpose of the Role
The Implementation & Deployment Manager owns
the end-to-end facility rollout process — from site readiness assessment through to activation, training coordination, and post-deployment adoption monitoring — serving as the primary operational bridge between eFiche's technical team and Rwanda's district health system.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities are:
- Lead phased facility rollout planning and maintain the site activation tracker across all targeted health centres
- Conduct and document facility readiness assessments covering connectivity, hardware, digital health system usage, and staffing
- Coordinate cascade training delivery with the Clinical Trainer and district-level trainers (ToTs, hub sessions, facility-level rollouts)
- Work directly with MoH district QI committees and supervisory teams to embed AI workflows into existing quality improvement processes
- Manage change management SOPs at facility and district level, supporting transition away from paper-based workflows
- Oversee the user support system (ticketing, WhatsApp groups, weekly engagement sessions) and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate field visits and supervise Field Support & Adoption Officers
- Report on rollout progress, adoption metrics, and facility-level issues to the Program Manager
Required Profile
Main qualifications are:
- 2+ years of experience in health system support, community health, digital health field work, or IT support in 7+ years of experience in health system implementation, digital health deployment, or health programme management
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site rollouts or field operations in Rwanda or comparable contexts
- Strong understanding of Rwanda's district health system structure and MoH workflows
- Experience with change management, provider training, and health worker engagement
- Comfort with digital tools (EMRs, dashboards, project management software)
- Prior experience with Rwanda's national digital health platforms is a strong advantage
- Clinical background (nurse, clinical officer, or equivalent) with health informatics experience is an advantage settings
- Familiarity with Rwanda's primary health care system and facility-level workflows
- Comfort with digital tools and ability to troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to build trust with frontline health workersExperience with Rwanda's national health information systems is a strong advantage
- Kinyarwanda fluency required
- English proficiency required
- French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region
