The Graphic Designer Officers

will create visual content and design materials to support LTGS Rwanda PLC’s branding, marketing, and communication efforts. Responsibilities include producing digital and print designs, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring consistency with corporate identity. Designers will contribute to enhancing the company’s visual presence across platforms while delivering creative solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

Requirements are:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital design, Canva, or multimedia are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate or IT environments. Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other similar design tools. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
• Technical Competence: Knowledge of digital and print media production, web graphics, branding standards, and design best practices. Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines using both Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Personal Attributes: Innovative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable. Ability to take feedback and produce visually impactful results aligned with LTGS Rwanda PLC standards.
