Description
The Marketing & Communication Officer
will oversee all marketing and communication activities within LTGS Rwanda PLC. This role involves creating and executing campaigns, managing internal and external communications, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement with stakeholders. The manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, and ensure messaging aligns with corporate strategy, promoting the company’s vision and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
Requirements are:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Master’s preferred. Professional certifications in digital marketing, public relations, or strategic communications are a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing and communications, including team leadership. Proven ability to manage campaigns, brand communications, and corporate messaging effectively.
- Skills: Strong strategic planning, creative thinking, and analytical abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, content creation tools, analytics software, and CRM systems. Ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and adaptable. Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams while handling multiple priorities efficiently.
