The Financial Services Desk Officers

will provide professional support to clients seeking financial and digital business services at Luminary Finance Services Group Ltd. The role includes assisting clients with online services, taxation support, accounting guidance, banking procedures, and basic business analysis. Officers will also help clients understand financial processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

Requirements are:

• Education: Candidates must hold at least a Diploma (A1) or Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field. Additional certifications in taxation, accounting, or financial services will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: Applicants should have 2–5 years of experience in financial services, accounting support, taxation services, banking operations, or business advisory roles. Experience assisting clients with online financial platforms and government digital services is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills are required. The candidate must be able to guide clients through financial processes, explain taxation and accounting concepts clearly, and provide professional support in business-related services.
• Technical Competence: Proficiency in accounting software, online financial platforms, taxation systems, and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Knowledge of banking procedures, financial reporting tools, and business analysis techniques will be an added advantage.
• Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and service-focused. They must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to work efficiently while assisting clients with financial and digital business services.
