Description
The Customer Services Desk Officers
will provide client support for LTGS Print House Limited, assisting with design and printing services. They will guide customers in using design tools, create or edit visual content, handle print requests, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Requirements
Requirements are:
- Education: Candidates must hold at least a Diploma (A1) or Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital design or printing software are an advantage.
- Experience: Applicants should have 2–5 years of experience in customer service, graphic design, or print production. Experience in assisting clients with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills are required. Candidates must be able to guide clients in design creation, troubleshoot printing or design issues, and provide professional customer support.
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and printing software is essential. Knowledge of printing processes, design layouts, and file preparation for production is required.
- Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should be professional, creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused. They must demonstrate patience, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently while supporting clients in design and printing services.
