Description
The OSC Service Help Desk Officers
will provide technical support and assistance to clients using LTGS Rwanda PLC services. Responsibilities include responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, guiding users, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Officers will maintain records of interactions, collaborate with technical teams, and contribute to improving overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements are:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications in IT support or help desk management are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or help desk roles. Experience in client-facing technical support is preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle high-volume requests professionally and efficiently.
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and basic IT maintenance.
- Personal Attributes: Patient, attentive, proactive, and customer-focused. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
