Position Overview
Palast Rock Hotel
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a 4-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities are:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Assign duties and inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities
- Ensure cleanliness standards meet hotel policies
- Train and guide housekeeping staff
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and request restocking when necessary
- Prepare duty schedules and manage team performance
- Report maintenance issues to relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest requests related to housekeeping services
Requirements
Requirements are:
- Female candidate
- A0 in Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising housekeeping in a 3 or 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
