Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and results-oriented Sales Agent to promote and sell Masaka Creamery products across various market segments. This position plays a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-driven, and aligned with Masaka’s values.;This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to travel to client sites, markets, and retail outlets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The main objectives and responsibilities of the position are:
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them.
- Promote and sell Masaka Creamery products to retail and wholesale clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform strategy.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Work closely with the Sales and Distribution team to align on targets and customer support.
- Track and report sales activities, performance against targets, and market trends.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with logistics team.
- Stay informed about product offerings, features, and value propositions.
- Educate customers on product use, quality, and benefits.
- Represent Masaka’s brand values and mission in all sales efforts.
- Work Hours: Flexibility required—occasional early mornings, weekends, or travel may be necessary.
- Availability: Must be responsive and dependable in managing customer needs.

Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications are:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and Rwanda’s retail landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda
- conversational English is preferred.
