We started operating on 23rd June 2003 to mainly serve Rwandan market, we have acquired superb and long reputation as a private biscuit manufacturer company we bake unique, quality biscuits to satisfy people of different ages and we are committed to continue to amaze our clientele with reasonably priced products across Rwanda and East Africa. Our head office is in Kigali Special Economic Zone G2 and currently, we employ an average of 520 employees.

Position Objective

The objective of the present assignment

is to allow the Employer to benefit from the services of the Employee with the aim of fulfilling the mission that was assigned to the Company.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing great customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to improve customer reach.
  • Stay informed about product details, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills required

Are

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Valid driving license D
