- Rwandan National with a valid National ID
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum secondary school diploma or Degree is plus
- 3 years of experience in Transport or ride hailing is Plus
- Criminal Record
- Good communication in English and French and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
- Google Maps and Waze skills
- A good driving record
- Proof of Residence (from the village leader with contact information)
- Age: 25 to 45 and Rwandan
