Summary
Lifesten Health,
an incentive-based wellness technology company, is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or securing tenders in the healthcare, wellness, or tech industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients for Lifesten’s workplace wellness program, securing at least six (6) corporate clients within nine (9) months. The role is performance-based, and payment will be structured around deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pitch, and close deals with corporate organizations, HR departments, and insurance companies for workplace wellness programs.
- Develop and implement a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Lifesten Health’s products and tailor value propositions to clients' needs.
- Secure at least six (6) corporate clients within nine (9) months, providing documented proof of successful deals, including signed contracts or tender agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, including HR executives, corporate wellness teams, and insurance firms.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure successful program implementation.
- Develop and maintain a clear action plan with measurable milestones for client acquisition.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, detailing leads, pipeline progression, and closed deals.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on key metrics and achievements.
Qualifications & Experience:
The following are Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or securing tenders in the healthcare, wellness, insurance, or corporate sectors in Rwanda.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with corporate clients, with supporting proof of past sales/tender success.
- Strong network in the corporate and healthcare sectors with existing connections to key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

The following are Details for this position
- Salary range : fixed contract worth between 4000 and 5000 USD . Payment schedule follows a deliverables agreement. Deposit of between 20 to 30 % will be provided and the rest of the payment will follow the deliverables schedule. the increment is commission based on sales done
- Hybrid role with deliverables i.e. signing up clients being the KPI
- Other benefit: Since this is a consultant role salary increase will purely be based on sales done and deliverables met.
