Key Qualifications

Are:

Degree, Diploma, or S6 Certificate in Hotel Management, Hotel Operations, Tourism/Hospitality, or Business Combinations;Background in international programs such as Cambridge, BTEC, or equivalent;0–5 years of experience in a front office or customer-facing role;Age range: 18–30 years

Required Skills

Are:

• Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and ability to use front office systems
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a friendly attitude
