Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities are:

• As the Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing lead generation, and supporting the company’s growth across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for company projects.
• Managing the company’s online presence (website, social media, email marketing).
• Creating content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, posts, and advertisements.
• Organizing promotional events and exhibitions.
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Working with sales and business development teams to support client engagement and conversion.
• Preparing regular reports on campaign performance and marketing ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing tools, etc.).
• Excellent writing and content creation skills (English and/or Kinyarwanda).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a strong advantage.
