What You’ll Do
As our new Architect, you’ll play a key role in how we design, plan, and execute property development projects. You will:
- Create architectural designs that are both beautiful and functional.
- Draft detailed drawings using professional design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, project managers, and construction teams.
- Visit sites to ensure the design vision is correctly implemented.
- Interpret client needs and translate them into creative design concepts.
- Make sure all work complies with local laws, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s is an added advantage).
- Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio.
- Mastery of design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or ArchiCAD.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
