- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
- Equipment and Machine installations, operations - maintenance service and repairing
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
- Optimizing equipment efficiency by adjusting equipment and machinery settings.
- Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of equipment and machinery
- Documenting processes and maintained service records.
- Regular Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
