Job Purpose
The Transformation Project Manager
is responsible for leading and delivering strategic business and technology transformation initiatives that drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. The role ensures that transformational projects are planned, executed, and successfully delivered within approved scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The Transformation Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business units to implement complex initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and realize intended business benefits while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Understand business needs and project objectives.
- Develop Project Charters with stakeholders.
- Define preliminary scope, budget, timelines, and assumptions.
- Identify stakeholders and establish governance structures.
- Conduct initial risk assessments and feasibility reviews.
- Coordinate project teams and vendors.
- Manage project deliverables and milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings and decision-making forums.
- Track progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track project KPIs and performance metrics.
- Manage scope changes through change control processes.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Escalate project challenges appropriately.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed and accepted.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions.
- Complete project documentation and handover.
- Close financial and contractual obligations.
- Support transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU).
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
- Proven experience delivering medium to large business and technology projects.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and executive teams.
